Care & Maintenance Plans
Keep the garden and outdoor spaces we've transformed looking their best — scheduled visits, agreed in advance, at a plan that suits your property.
One scheduled visit a year to keep the essentials in order — ideal for smaller gardens or lighter upkeep needs.
Two seasonal visits a year — a balanced plan for gardens that need attention at the change of seasons.
Our most popular plan — three visits spaced through the year to keep outdoor spaces consistently well kept.
Best value per visit — regular grass cutting and seasonal hedge cutting to keep gardens consistently sharp all year.
Visit scope & fair use
Each scheduled visit covers up to one normal working day and the maintenance tasks agreed for that visit. The visit is based on completing the agreed scope, not on a published hourly limit.
If a property is unusually large, heavily overgrown, requires more than one working day, or needs work outside the agreed plan, additional charges may apply. We will always explain the reason and price first — no additional work or charge will proceed without your prior written approval. You may approve an additional day or separate quotation, choose which tasks should be prioritised during the planned visit, or postpone remaining work to another agreed visit.
What's included
Depending on the chosen plan and property assessment, visits may include routine grass cutting, seasonal hedge trimming, garden tidying, inspection and routine care of fencing, gates and decking, and the agreed application of suitable timber oil, preservative or paving sealer. Monthly Care includes the agreed grass cutting and seasonal hedge cutting. Normal travel, fuel, equipment and a reasonable allowance for agreed routine maintenance products are included in the confirmed price.
