Yes, subject to your statutory rights and our Refund & Cancellation Policy — cancelling before work starts and before materials are ordered means a full refund; after that, reasonable costs already incurred may be deducted.

A 12-month workmanship guarantee from practical completion, covering defects caused by our installation. Materials are covered by the relevant manufacturer or supplier warranty. Full terms are on our Guarantee & Care Plan page.
