Stripe processes card payments securely on our behalf — OREA does not store your full card details. We may share information, only where necessary, with:

- Suppliers and delivery companies
- Subcontractors working on your project
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with any provider beyond those listed above.
4. Security, storage and retention
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, restrict access to authorised people, and use secure service providers. No website or system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we take proportionate steps to protect your information.
We keep information only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, including project records, guarantees, disputes, tax/accounting and other legal requirements — then delete or anonymise it securely.
5. Your rights and complaints
Under UK data protection law you have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, and — where applicable — data portability, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time. 6. Cookies and links
This site currently uses only essential, functional local storage — for example, to remember your chosen visual theme — and does not use analytics or marketing cookies. If that changes in future, we will add a cookie banner allowing you to accept or reject non-essential cookies before they are placed, and update this section accordingly.
