Once you have received an approved quotation or invoice, OREA will send you your payment details for the agreed amount — bank transfer details, or a secure Stripe link for 3D design work. Please use only what was sent directly to you. If you need it resent, contact hello@oreaproperties.co.uk.

Project Deposit & Outstanding Balance

Our standard payment method for project deposits and balances is a direct bank transfer — funds clear the same day, so we can move on materials and your start date without delay.

Project Deposit — 50% to secure your booking and begin agreed preparation or material arrangements.
Outstanding Balance — the remaining balance for a completed project, as agreed in your accepted quotation.

Your unique OREA bank details are sent together with your approved quotation or invoice — never published here. If you haven't received yours, or want to confirm it's genuine, call us before transferring.

3D Design & Visualisation

For agreed site survey, measurements, 3D design and visualisation services, we offer a secure Stripe card payment link for the exact agreed amount.

Pay for 3D Design

Opens a secure Stripe checkout for the amount agreed in your quotation.

For your security: OREA will never ask you to pay before you've received an approved quotation or invoice, and never asks you to pay into a different account than the one sent with your invoice. If in doubt, call us on 07721 949000 or 07599 886946 before paying.
